Condolence: My sweet Billy Boy,
I miss you so much. Our first Thanksgiving without you was sad. I know how much you loved my pumpkin cake, but I didn't make it this year without you. I think about you every minute of the day. I know you are safe now in God's loving arms until we are reunited. I love you more than mere words can say. You will always be my sweet baby boy.

Love Always,
Mom

Condolence: Billy Maltbie, my heart hurts to know you are gone. You have a beautiful family I will pray for and keep in my thoughts. You were one of my favorites in those first days at North Georgia, and your friendship and kindness stands foremost in my mind. All gave some, some gave all. Watch over us, my friend.

Condolence: I had the honor of working with Billy as a Cub Scout den leader over the past year. We ran into each other just last month and talked about him making a guest appearance with the den since he hadn't had a proper chance to say goodbye to them (after his family had to leave during the summer). Last night I talked with the boys and told them to each have a good memory to share during a campout we're having this weekend. He was an exceptional man and will be missed by all.
