Ollena Massingill Owens, age 59, of Canton, GA passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. She was a member of Tennessee Walking Horse Association and National Racking Horse Association along with the Cherokee Shrine Club - Cherokettes

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Ellis officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, January 22, 2017, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday, January 23, 2017 at South Canton Funeral Home.

Survivors include:
Husband - Gordon Owens, Canton
Son & Daughter-in-law - Joe and Kelly Owens, Canton
Brother - Eckley Ernest Massingill, Ball Ground
Grandchildren - Timothy Owens, Makayla Owens, Savannah Owens, Gabriel Russell, Aiden Owens and Tyler Owens
Several Nieces and Nephews
Her beloved Horse: "Cheyenne"
