Linda Carol DeBord, age 72, of Waleska, GA passed away Friday, December 15, 2017 at her residence. She was a member of Pleasant Arbor Baptist Church, retired secretary for the State Board of Education, member of Cherokee AARP, and caregiver for Home Nurse, Inc. She loved gardening, flowers, quilting, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 PM, on Sunday, December 17, 2017, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Gayton, and Rev. Michael McPherson officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, December 16, 2017, and from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Sunday, December 17, 2017 at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, Father-Tom DeBord; Mother-Minnie Garland DeBord
